Happy Easter!!!

For over 10 yrs (at the old house), we used to have an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. Both my girlies enjoyed the hunt up and down the whole street and then each family would take turns hosting the coffee and treats after the hunt outside in the driveway. My kids are 17 and 11 here (they are now 20 and 14). Each year, the kids would gather on Bob & Bev's steps (our neighbours across the road) for the annual photo op - many adults are crowded before the Hunters.
I miss those days! Happy Easter all!!!

Before.....and After!

Wow! What a fixer-upper!!! Love this! What anyone else would have torn down, this couple restored a 106 year old house as a weekend retreat in Upstate New York.

Oak Hill Architects

More inspiration for the new home...
What I love about this home, is that it is not flat. There are plenty of surfaces and angles and how cute is it???

It inspired me to consider stone up to the eaves and that siding is not so bad, if used in the right way.n This home is truly magical - the lucky owners! Click the link to more of this house and others.
